Hello from Norfolk, Virginia

Hello all!
This past ThanksGiving my father in law gave me his brew equipment that he hadn't used in a number of years. Which I thought it to be an incredible new hobby. In the following days the reading up I did made me soon realize I wanted more updated equipment. Now in a little over a month I am a newbie brewer and am hooked. Hahahah
Just wanted to say that this website and everyone here is awesome. It has been a pleasure reading the vast knowledge that everyone offers.
I have brewed a couple batches of IPA that i am anxiously awaiting the aging of. 3 more weeks UGH!! LOL

I'll keep you updated on how they turn out.

Have fun! It sounds like you're off to a great start.

What type of equipment are you looking to upgrade? Some of the older stuff may work as well or better than some new stuff.
