Hey all, I'm new to brewing, I registered on the forums a while ago, just didn't get around to posting anything until now. There's way to much to read, and I don't have any real experience yet. I did bottle my first brew(extract kit) about 3 weeks ago so its just now starting to taste OK, though I'm hopping for a lot of improvement over time. Shouldn't be a problem, I think I'm hooked for life.
