Hey everybody! My name is Chris. Im from southern New Jersey. Ive been reading up on brewing for quite some time but Easter 3/23/08 was my first brew session. I cooked up an American style pale ale. Im excited to see how it will turn out. I found this forum and already found a lot of helpful info so I figured I'd join up in case I ever ran into any help. I look forward to talking to all of you. :waves:
