Just bottled my first batch today.
I used brewers best irish stout kit.
Used local spring water straight from the ground.
I know I probley didn,t do this right,but so far so good.
I transferd to secondary fermenter on 4th day,and bottled
after 8 days in the secondary.
I drinkin a pint left over from the bottling bucket,smells and tastes great.
I've drank lots of micro brews over the years.
But even flat and green,I could session on this,i'm amazed how good this is.
Im gonna let it age a month,and see how much better it will get.
