Yep..even us hillbillies have caught the homebrew bug. Been brewing for about 3 years now and have been a silent observer of hbt.com for quite awhile. Finally made the jump to become a member.

Favorite style beer - a nice WC IPA.

Favorite hobby (other than homebrewing) - doing what my wife tells me to do

Nope...but I probably need to be.

I think it's valuable. I've learned a lot, it's fun and you get to try a lot of beer.

I assume there is at least one in NKY, but if not, the 2 in Cincinnati are Cincinnati Malt Infusers and the Bloatarians. I joined the Bloatarians because the meetings are closer to my house (they are in Norwood). But I know some people in CMI, and I'm sure they are fine too.

If you are going to the Cincy Beer Fest in Feb, the Bloatarians will have a booth and I'll be there on Saturday.
