Hello from Kansas

Well I have been reading and lurking for a while now, figured it was about time to say hello!

I have just finished my second 5gal batch and kegged it, kind of a strange concoction consisting of a Coopers Wheat extract kit followed up with some maple syrup and smoke flavoring..

Thanks for all of the knowledge that I have gained thus far, hope to stick around an learn some more.

Hey Phil, hello from the 52nd state!!!

Your brew sounds pretty adventurous. I'm just starting out with an IPA kit. Have read some of the threads on here and my set up is pretty tame but everyone has to start somewhere, right?
