Moments ago, I finished cleaning up from my first-ever home brew day!

I've been perusing this forum for the last few weeks and just want to say thanks to all of you folks. I had no idea what I was doing when I got my kit, but I picked up enough knowledge on here to feel confident getting after it.

I'll post some pictures and lessons learned tomorrow. Right now, I have a beverage to finish.

Welcome and congrats. What did you brew?

I'm blessed with the celiac, so it's the Gluten Free Ale from Brewer's Best. I plan go the Clarity Ferm route. We moved here from Denver where I could pick up a growler or two of gluten-removed beer from the bar. Not so easy now, so I'm going to make it myself.
