Hi everyone
Last father's day (my first father's day) my wife got me a beer brewing kit. Since then I've brewed 5 other batches of my own. I'm only brewing 1 gallon batches which are perfect for weekend afternoon nap times.
I want to move up to 5 gallons but I'm more interested in brewing really good beers. I'm also interested in brewing unique flavors like peanut butter and pumpkin. I actually have a nutella batch right now so we'll see how much of a mistake that was later.
But it's fun and I'm wanting to learn more!
