Hey there homebrewtalk!

I've spent quite a bit of time lurking through your forums so I decided that I don't feel like leaving anytime soon.

This summer I stumbled into a brewery supply store and brewed my first Hefeweizen. Since then I've always had something fermenting in a closet and I'm always looking for ways to improve my brewing within my space constraints. A few brews in and I'm convinced that this is a timeless hobby that will always be interesting and fulfilling to me and my friends.

I own Charlie Papazian's "The Complete Joy of Homebrewing" and I'm looking to expand my collection. I am fascinated with those rich, strong belgian ales and that's where my interest (and my wallet) is going now.

I look forward to pestering you with questions, soon!

Welcome to the group, from CO. There are some great belgian kits, I like making my own candi sugar, easy and makes a much better beer.
