Hello from beautiful sunny Miami!

Just finished brewing a Sam Smith Oatmeal Stout clone last night.. My first ever brewed beer.

I've already got the ingrediants for my next batch in two weeks. I'm making an Indian Brown Ale, and basically mixing the ingredients from Newcastle Brown Ale, with the same hop content of a Stone IPA. I'm calling it a Stoned Brown IPA :rockin:

Living down there you will need to make sure to take control of your fermentation temperatures sooner than later. Read up on swamp coolers, or look into getting a controlled fermentation vessel... you will be glad you did.

Welcome. I'm an FIU Alum, miss the ol' Miami stomping ground. Visiting family in WPB this week, but live in Charlotte area now. GL, I too have a batch in bottles, one in primary, and a 3rd ready to go.
