Pleasure to be a part of the forums. I'm a newbie and will likely be asking for advice and feedback on my procedures so keep an eye peeled if you would please. I already have my first batch fermenting and of course, already semi concerned I've messed something up.

Lol, that feeling of impending doom still nags at me when I brew. I find myself criticizing every little "mistake" made during brewing but ultimately, I've always been able to make beer. Imho, the beer I make turns out better than much of the store bought stuff. It's good to have you on the forums!

I'm simply waiting for approval to create a new thread but standby LOL..posting first picture of 1 week fermentation to ensure the yeast is not dead and is in fact fermenting :rockin: And I appreciate that!
