Just wanted to thank everyone for everything I've already read here. My first brew is a Sam Smith Nut Brown clone that went into the fermenter on Sunday. The airlock has been bubbling steadily for since Monday morning. I bought my equipment and ingredients at the Maltose Express which is about 20 minutes away from my house.
I learned so much brewing the first batch! Can't wait to do a second.
