Just a quick introduction. My name is David, and I live in Houston. I'm new to homebrewing, but I've been reading a ton. I've got one batch under my belt (an Imperial Stout that had an ABV of 9.5%). I really enjoying drinking different types of beer, but my all-time favorite is Hefeweizen (which I first started drinking while being stationed in Germany). My favorite craft beer brewery is Dogfish Head. It's quite nice to meet all of you, and I look forward to speaking with you all.
