Hey folks, I actually joined bout three years ago, I haven't had much reason to post, but I have learned so much. I started with a coopers brew kit, which was great, and added a bunch of stuff, been brewing beer for three years now, and I decided to try my hand at wine making....

On a side note I also distill a lot. I have 3 stills, 1 25 gallon pot still, 1 5 gallon all copper reflux still, and my newest addition a 15.5 gallon reflux still with a 5ft copper column.

Welcome! Good for you to have such interesting hobbies. Just a word of warning, though. HBT doesn't allow any discussion of distilling, so please try to refrain from posting information related to your other hobby.
