Hello all

[Reapers revenge]

Hello my name is Paul, I’m from Yorkshire in the UK. After a 15-year absence from home brewing I’m back. I have only ever brewed from kits. I’ve got 5 gallon of cider bottled and ready to drink, 5 gallon each of mild and stout ready to bottle any day. My next venture is brown ale, not a kit this time so I might need some advise from you all. Hope to talk to you all soon.

Pompey is the term for Portsmouth Football Club (not that I am a great football fan). There is a lot of rivalry between Southampton (Saints) and Portsmouth (Pompey).

Thanks for clearing that up I thought it was a new brewing term and I didnt want to seen a thickie, not a football fan either
