Hey everyone glad to have finally joined. I'm sort of a newbie. Never had the supplies for beer brewing or any other essential tools lol. So for now I'm only winemaking at the primal level. Ive only made around 10 separate batches, looking to gain some insight there's a lot I don't know... Cheers 🍻

That's 9 more batches than I've made lol, my strawberry wines four ingredients berries, water sugar and Ec 1118 but I'm looking to expand my horizon into more complex recipes such as jack kellers new full bodied blue berry :)

Welcome.

If equipment is holding you back from brewing beer, look into partial boil extract brewing. Very little additional equipment needed.

Thanks thanks, I live in a world were it's easier to go buy cheap wine/beer. I'm experienced in culinary arts so I'm ecstatic to learn as much as possible. Will be posting in wine section asap questions, and a lot of them lol. Have some Finnish friends so my last two batches were kilju(One still fermenting). Water, sugar, Bakers yeast, I know yuck right?
After multiple rackings via siphon 2weeks I got a slightly cloudy almost flavorless kilju I'm guessing around 7-8% abv. Long time drinker but I'm done with store bought drinks. Cheers, much appreciation 🙏
