Hello!

For Christmas my sis bought me an all grain, mail-order mix. Unfortunately I lack the equipment to pull it off. So, my idea was to salvage the hops and yeast for an extract brew and was wondering y'all had any suggestions for a brew I could use them in. Here's what I have:

Hops: Styrian Goldins
Yeast: Safbrew T-58

The hops are pellets and I'm not sure as to the amount. The recipe states (1/3@ 5 mins. - 1/3@30 mins. - 1/3@60 Mins).

Is this doable? Are they so generic that I could do whatever? I'm pretty new with only two batches under my belt at this point so I really appreciate the help.

Thanks,
SP

If you have at least a 40 qt pot you can do a BIAB like COLO said its easy.
