The beer shot out so hard that it reflected off the bottom of the glass and up into your face
No mystery in this video, but it's fun to try to spot all the bad brewing ideas. I think I could find 5 mistakes / bad practices here. For example, why did I have an airlock on my starter flask? Derp.

Force carbed at 30-40 psi, still set at 30-40 psi - tried to pour a beer at 30-40 psi. Thus what ThatVideoKid said!
Bonnet on top of tap shot off for some reason. Maybe you just cleaned the tap/lines? Beer shot straight out the top of the tap and doused your mood
