Long time - first time.

I've been browsing the forums for a while now, and have enjoyed the banter as well as the helpful insight. It's about time I join in.

Just converted from extract brewing to all-grain BIAB with the purchase of a 10 gal. aluminum pot and 2 yards of voile. Did first BIAB batch (IPA) last week and am waiting patiently for the results.
