Hello everybody!
My name is Fredrik and I am from and live in Sweden. I have been brewing since I was 15. Mostly extract-beer but also mulled wine, regular wine and sherry wine.
A few weeks ago me and my brewer-friend made a clone-beer we call "Bishops Toe"
And since then I have been collecting material to start my own brewery in my basement. And it is going good so far.
I find the forum on this site a little better than those from Sweden.
Easy to find recipes and seems to be very nice users
