Hello everyone. I've been a lurker on these boards going on two years and finally decided to join. This has definitely been my go to site for any questions I've had since i started brewing.
My brewing career started with two extract kits from More Beer after receiving my setup from my wife at Christmas. I then did a partial mash IPA that was outstanding to me and showed that mashing grains was fairly straight forward. Since then I have built all my recipes from scratch (with a lot of help from HBT) and have been BIABing to some fairly decent results, while having too much fun.
Anyway, it's good to finally be official and I look forward to some good discussions.
