I am trying to lower my gravity more. I started at 118 and have it to 49 but want to get in the lower teens. I have already second racked it and attempted to rouse the beer last night with some success. I was wondering if anyone has put a stir stick in their carboy and placed it on a stir table in the fermentation frig?

With such a high gravity you should make sure to make a starter, and make sure the yeast can handle high alcohol environments. I don't believe putting it on a stir plate at this point would do any good...plus your going to produce off flavors with the yeast because stirring it will increase disolved oxygen. Yeast are only to take in oxygen for like the first 24 hours of pitching
