Hi
Is there any web site where I could find descriptions of grain, their use in recipes, taste they give and how to use combination ?
I'm use with recipes, but I would like to do my own, but I don't know the exact use between crystal malt, English malt, 40l, 80l, Marris, etc. Their is so many !
