I stumbled across the below grains for free this week. Any thoughts on a recipe using them? I do 5 gal batches. My thoughts were 12lb of the pale. It not sure about the malt or crystal.
Does that tag on the Paul’s say “black?” If so, a pound of that and a pound of the crystal (Simpsons crystal light is wonderful stuff, btw) along with your pale malt (10-15 pounds) could make a nice stout.
