Thinking about building my own grain mill, and look what I found at work today!
Don't need any pulleys, because it has speed control already built in.

What speed is best for driving the rollers?
Looks like this gearbox is geared for about 70RPM.
 
I have read 200-300 RPM is best. 70rpm will work, just take longer. Any faster and they claim it tears the husks and can create astringency.
