Above is a recipe for a ginger lager, yes, i did use tiny url so it is NOT a spam bot or site. I am going to follow it but i have HEARD that lager yeast is somewhat grumpy and has a mind of its own.
Any precautions i need to worry about with this recipe?
Second item of business: When one makes beer at home and decides to carb it using a kegged method, is yeast still involved in the brewing process? if so, how do you not allow the yeast to carb the beverage? Is that not the carb systems job?
thanks
Matt
