I've been on the forum a few times now and made a couple of posts. Just realized I've not posted an introduction. Done some brews a couple of years ago and only recently got back into it. Was looking for some advice, and an avenue of help as I go along , thats what lead me to this forum. Already I've learnt a bit, and not nesessarily is it all about brewing.:D
So put your Koala ears on, be a Kanga, hop closer to the monitor, and I'll put you in the know faster than blow flies can sniff out the barbie.
The first thing I've learnt is that, I'm an noob.
:( Whatever that is ?
A 50 year old noob ta boot ! I should've known better.
But you can bet a Flock of cockatoo's up a gum tree , we'd have
another name for it.

The second thing Iv'e learnt is that, I don't know a great deal
about brewing, ..... yet.
Thats why I'm here, cause I'm still young enough ta learn. :)
No, don't know much about brewing ,
But sure as a wombat,s tougher than a speed hump,
I certainly Know about drinkin , aye.

The third thing Iv'e learnt is that, I don't know much about
the net , where I come from ya catch crabs in Annette;)
Don't know much about the TV remote either, but who
cares. At least I give it a go.

Bottled a Coopers draught a couple a days ago, 5.6 % alc vol.
NOW THATS A BEER.
still I'm only learnin.

The fourth thing Iv'e learnt is that the forum offers the chance to befriend people of simular interests , and learn from their expertise, and or their mistakes , and , if I keep my mouth shut, I can learn a lot just from surfing all the different threads, present and past.
Cheers for now cobbers
Just keep on brewing.
