So I have froze a keg before but I let it thaw out and it was fine. This time I froze a keg of blonde ale and let it thaw and recarb but it now just tastes really watered down. I shook the keg and everything before I put it back in the fridge.
Is it salvageable at all or do I have to dump the beer and chock it up to a loss?
