I have a keg carbing as we speak, which should be ready in about a week or so. In the mean time I'm gathering the final parts for a kegerator/laggering tank.
The question I have is:
How long will beer stay fresh when poured from a tap to a growler?
I have a lot of friends who want to try my various brews, that won’t always be coming over. After kegging my Canadian Ale, I don't see me bottling much anymore.

Thanks in advance!

If you dont lose a lot of carbonation from fizz when filling your growlers will probably keep for less than a week until opening. Once its open they better finish it all that night or maybe over two days, or else its going to be flat.

If you sanitize well the beer should be "fresh" for a while longer, it just wont be carbonated.
