Danish newbie brewer here signing in!

My name is Asbjørn, but if in a pinch, forget it. :p
I'm 17 (yes, it's legal for me to brew! :rockin:), and I am currently studying high-level chemistry and math, eventually going to a brewers academy to become a master brewer. I'm in the learning stage of brewing beer so far; I nailed mead so far in second try (in which sense it tastes good).

Besides brewing, I am a guitarist and trying to write some solo material for an EP.

So to everybody: Cheers! :mug:

It's hard to explain. An ø is like a very deep o. For those who knows swedish/german; it's like an umlaut-accented o, ö.

Put the side of your tongue against the side of your teeth, and just pronounce a deep o. That should do it.

Hi Asrial, nice to see another European on here. My family is also from Denmark (Grandfather) from Copenhagen and Aarhus and I have a "ø" also - in my family name Rosenørn.
