i am making a 60 day white wine kit and i have made a big whoopsie  i did not rack to carboy after primary fermentation before starting the next steps of adding potassium metabisulphite, potassium sorbate and kieselsol. I just added them as usual and have stirred it a few times since last night. I have no idea what planet i am on to have just skipped over the first racking! who does that? So, my question is, can this be rectified?

Just let it settle and clear again then rack. Should have caused no major harm.. just lengthened your time to clear. It might be a 60 to 90 day wine instead.

Thank you!!! I was hoping that would be the case but I was worried because of the stuff I added. I will wait patiently :)
