all i needed was two things from the brewshop, i had just picked up the apple cider and concentrate i was using to make my first batch of hard cider and i some how forgot to pick up any yeast nutrient. so i was wondering if i could just leave a little starsan at the bottom of my fermenter since the yeast break it down into yeast nutrients, at least thats the general conscious with beer, but im brand new to this cider game, so what do you experts say? as always, this forum rocks.:rockin:
