Forgot 5.2 help!!

No. In a stout it MAY be acceptable, but it's never "good" for any beers I've ever made!

It's SUPPOSED to lock the pH at 5.2, but it doesn't work, supposedly. Not sure why Five Star sells a useless product, but apparently they do.

Yes, actually. Not me, but I know there are some threads on here discussing just that and the actual results. It may have been Kaiser who posted all of that on his website but I just can't remember right now! the other issue is what it does to the sodium content of the water.
