Force carbing in freezing temps

What happens?
Keg is sitting out in the garage, and good ol' canadian winter we are sitting at probably -2 C in there at night or maybe a bit lower
 
Beer would carb at a lower pressure, the CO2 is more soluble in colder beer. That is, however, unless the beer freezes, then you have a beersicle.

Agreed. Will carb up nicely if you have it on the gas at lower temps... but not if it's frozen.
 
Of course, if you are trying naturally carbonate (as if you were bottling), you need to bring that keg inside. But you already know that -- just stating the obvious.
