So i was seperating my grain bill last night while having a few homebrews:drunk:, and i messed up! I added an extra pound of C60 to a grain bill that looked like this:

10 gallon batch

23lb 2 row
1.8lb Munich
1.8lb Crystal 75
8oz Carahell
4oz Special B

52 IBUs

My first thought is to increase the IBUs a bit and as well as increase the late hop additions. Any other suggestions, any thing else i can do? Should I be too worried? Thanks!

mix it well so that the grains are as evenly distributed as possible and split it in half. Add half as much again of everything to each half except the C60 to restore the correct percentages. Brew 2 batches. For the simple fact that the amounts are not exact and you will never be able to perfectly replicate it, "Murphy" guarantees that this will be your best batch ever.
