Flavored water in boil

So it seems a bit of a beet taboo subject but after a bottle of flower from savor it has me thinking. Why not change the water? I mean why not? I guess the worst it could do is go bad. Has anyone messed with this before or not?

i've heard of rosewater and somem other small stuff, nothing too huge though, i'd like to hear how that one turns out!

Yeah the flower was a rosewater base it was something so unique it's hard to judge it but it was damn amazing.
