I just used the turkey fryer last weekend to boil a batch. FYI, don't turn your back on the little bastards. If it wasn't for the kid watching the boil, as I was opening a HB Ginger beer, it would have been a disaster. I caught it, and cranked the heat down a bit. Man, those things are fast! I like the results though, as it turned an all day event into a couple hours to primary bucket.
