Hey guys doing my first brown, looking for mid to full body with a nutty, caramel, toffee malt character with a bit more hop bite than a normal brown. Here's an idea, I would love some input:

10# 2 Row
1# Brown Malt
1# Crystal 40
0.5# Chocolate Malt
0.5# Flaked Oats

0.5oz Chinook @ 60
1.0oz Chinook @ 10
1.0oz Dry Hop 7 days

Danstar Nottingham rehydrated

Mash 60 min @ 153F, batch sparge
