Thank you all for the help to get up to this point. I've got my first batch on the stove as we talk dont even have my first batch done and I've already jumped on the computer and ordered 3 more kits haha again Thankyou all for your advice and pointers! Ill post pics here soon

You sound just like me a few months ago. I started on Mr. Beer. Brewed a couple of batches and moved onto 5 gallon batches. I think I had 15 gallons of beer brewed before they were even ready to drink.
