Just popped my first brew....though it still needs some time to finish carbing and flavor meld...it is damned tasty! The head was a result of an aggressive pour...and it did hang for a bit. The end result was some nice lacing...so I must have done something right!:mug:

Cheers! It's impossible not to crack the first one a little too early, but so very enjoyable to be drinking your own beer. Also interested in what you brewed
 
Its the Caribou Slobber....Just started an Irish Red...and have 5 gallons of hard apple cider that I will be bottling this weekend. Next brew....gonna try and clone the Sam Adams Maple Pecan Porter...it is a very tasty brew.
