First brew popped the cap

Just popped my first brew....though it still needs some time to finish carbing and flavor meld...it is damned tasty! The head was a result of an aggressive pour...and it did hang for a bit. The end result was some nice lacing...so I must have done something right!

In 18 years I've never managed to wait 2 weeks to crack the first one!

Its the Caribou Slobber....Just started an Irish Red...and have 5 gallons of hard apple cider that I will be bottling this weekend. Next brew....gonna try and clone the Sam Adams Maple Pecan Porter...it is a very tasty brew.
