First Batch of Mead

3lb orange blossom honey
2 cloves
juice of 1 large orang
zest of 1 large orange
50 whole raisins
25 chopped raisins
1 yorkshire gold teabag in 1000ml boiling water
1 pack ec-1118 yeast
1/4 tp fermade k
SG: 1153

Plan to add 1/4tp more fermade over next 3 days for a total of 1tp.

I bought #6.5 bungs, I think I need smaller ones. Had one pop out despite the rubber band. Sanitized and replaced it.
