I finally dialed in my efficiency by correcting two simple things....
I set my crush a bit finer, and got a new thermometer!
This may not seem like rocket science, but damn! My thermometer was off by 5 degrees, and I never really thought my crush was an issue until I decided to check my crushed grains after I crushed 2 lbs of White Wheat, I was surprised to see the majority was hardly crushed at all....grrrrrr!
I hope this can help others.
