so yesterday i did my first all grain batch. i batch sparged with my new 10 gallon cooler with stainless braid. it worked great, everything went ultra smooth almost like ive done it before. i brewed a recipe that i made last week i call twisted niplles iipa. it has 106 ibu 8.5% abv and i a real light pale ale color. hopefully everything ferments out nicley so i get a tasty brew in a month from now. i also bottled my belgian tripple and my oatmeal stout i made two weeks ago.
