Where I live our well water isn't perfect. So I have a fairly extensive system in the basement. Acid neutralizer, softener etc. I also have a Reverse Osmosis filter for the drinking water.
That water is nice and clean. But RO takes out just about everything, including minerals etc. Are there any ramifications with brewing using this water? Should I add back some minerals etc, or am I over analyzing this?
