Hey everyone,

Simple question that I can't seem to find an answer for;

Should you force carb your beer before or after you filter your beer?

Bonus question; Why?

I let beer mature in my primary fermentor, and when I feel the time is right, transfer it to my serving keg through my filter. I do the set it and forget it method correctly I hope at 12psi. I know the correct pressure is related to temp and serving line length, but that is on me to look up and actually help myself :)

Thanks for any point in the right direction.

Filter prior to curbing or you'll have a foamy mess. Or even better...my opinion.. Don't filter at all

Foam, foam, foam. You don't want to put all of the CO2 into the beer and then agitate the beer by putting it through the filter to then drive it all back out.
