Hey everyone,
Simple question that I can't seem to find an answer for;
Should you force carb your beer before or after you filter your beer?
Bonus question; Why?
I let beer mature in my primary fermentor, and when I feel the time is right, transfer it to my serving keg through my filter. I do the set it and forget it method correctly I hope at 12psi. I know the correct pressure is related to temp and serving line length, but that is on me to look up and actually help myself
