I finished my first two batches of brew last night. One a barley wine 1.110 OG and one a double ipa 1.078 OG. I put them in a room at 63*f and set a space heater to 63*f. I checked on it today and the dang space heater warmed the room to 70*f. I put a probe on the buckets and one was 72*f and one was 74*f. I abandoned the space heater and am slowley bringing the room down. The room was probably that high for 12-24 hours. Should I be worried?
