So I brewed this kit a few weeks back:
http://www.midwestsupplies.com/media/downloads/63/Octane IPA Instructions.pdf

I was going to move to keg but I took a gravity check and it was at 1030 and it was at the same level a week ago and the beer is still sweet. Since the target gravity is 1.012-1.018 I believe my yeast must have stopped.

I moved this beer to a cornie for now can I repitch yeast to that keg and just open the vent? I don't have the airlock for cornie adapter.

Thoughts, advice? I have a bucket I can siphon this back into, but was hoping for some advice.

Thanks!

Never seen the kit but you might want to repitch or check temps in fermentation area. If it got to cool could have staled out.
