Here's my situation - I have a new keezer that I'm currently carbing a corney using the set-and-forget method. It's been in at 40 degrees at 12 psi for just 4 days so far. I'm brewing an AG batch this weekend and want to use the keezer to control my fermentation temps as well. Is it advisable to raise the temp of the keezer for the fermentation process and adjust the psi on the keg that's carbing (according to the charts I'd have to raise psi to around 24)? Will this have any adverse affects on the carbonation process? Should I just swamp cool the carboy instead and leave the carb process as is? Anyone have any experioence doing this and what were the results? Thanks!
