Hi all. I'm brewing a Hefeweisen this weekend and fermenting using a Wyeast 3068 smackpack. I'll be fermenting it in my basement and the ambient temperature is 64 degrees, which is the very low end of the recommended temps for this strain (64-75). Will this be too cold to achieve full attenuation for this brew? OG should be about 1.048. Thanks in advance

No, that should be fine. The fermentation will always be a few degrees warmer than ambient temp as the yeast activity generates a lot of heat. Also, a lot of ppl ferment a Weizen at 62 or lower will great results.

You should be fine!
