Need to get a new false bottom that hinges in the middle for my all grain brewing. Does anyone know of a place that sells them for a good price. Also I was wondering if someone could tell me the difference between a valve and flange compared to a weldless valve kit. I was thinking of upgrading to the weldless from my valve and flange but didn't know it was really worth the trouble and money.
